• AuroSkill does not guarantee employment.
• Placement support, where offered, is subject to eligibility criteria, performance, and market availability.
• Course content, schedules, faculty, and delivery methods may be modified from time to time to improve outcomes.

3. Eligibility & Admission

Admission to AuroSkill programs is subject to:

• Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria specified for the program
• Successful completion of any admission assessments, if applicable
• Payment of applicable registration and course fees

The Company reserves the right to deny or cancel admission at its discretion if eligibility conditions are not met.

4. Fees & Payments

• Course fees, installment structures, and payment timelines are communicated at the time of admission.
• Fees once paid are subject to the refund policy described below.
• AuroSkill reserves the right to revise fees for future batches without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

• Students are provided a limited refund window, within which partial refunds may be issued.
• The applicable refund terms, timelines, and percentages are clearly specified in the student agreement signed at the time of admission.
• Refund eligibility is strictly governed by the signed agreement.
• No refund requests outside the specified window will be entertained.

6. Placement Support

Placement support, where applicable:

• Is offered only to eligible students who meet defined performance and assessment criteria
• May include paid internships or permanent roles
• Is provided on a pay-after-placement basis, where applicable

Placement outcomes depend on:

• Student performance and readiness
• Employer requirements
• Market conditions

AuroSkill does not guarantee job placement, salary levels, or timelines.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain discipline and professionalism
• Attend classes regularly
• Follow institute policies and codes of conduct

AuroSkill reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment without refund in cases of serious misconduct, misuse of resources, or violation of institute rules.

8. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, content, recordings, notes, assessments, and training resources are the intellectual property of AuroSkill Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
• Students may use materials only for personal learning.
• Copying, sharing, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Website Usage

Users of www.auroskill.com agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Misrepresent identity or provide false information

AuroSkill may suspend or restrict access to the website at its discretion.
